- Additional charges
- Shipping is quoted per order and shown as a separate line on your quotation. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are payable by the buyer.
- Payment methods
- Credit or debit card, or bank transfer. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page and are never stored by us.
- When payment is due
- Card payments are taken when you accept the quotation. Bank transfers are due before the quotation expires.
- Delivery of goods
- Each quotation states a ship-by date. We dispatch on or before that date once payment has cleared.
- Returns and cancellations
- Free cancellation any time before payment. After payment we cannot accept cancellation or return for change of mind, because the goods are priced and reserved at that day's market rate.
