Shipping
We ship worldwide from Japan. Each quote states a ship-by date — we dispatch on or before that date once payment has cleared.
- Carriers
- DHL or FedEx, chosen per destination for the best combination of speed and cost. Both are fully tracked from Japan to your door.
- Cost
- Quoted per order and shown as a separate line on your quote, so you see it before you accept. It depends on weight, volume and destination — sealed boxes are heavy, so larger orders are usually cheaper per item.
- Packing
- Sealed product is shipped in its original shrink wrap, padded and boxed so that corners and edges are protected in transit. We do not open or reseal anything.
- Tracking
- We email you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over. Most destinations arrive within a few days of dispatch, though customs clearance can add time.
- Duties and taxes
- Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, and are collected by the carrier on delivery. We declare the goods and their value accurately; we cannot mark a shipment as a gift or understate its value.
